Introduction:
Welcome to the largest database of interview questions. Here you can search from almost 2000 model interview questions for the ones that fit your interview question template. Feel free to use them on candidates in your upcoming job interviews.
These questions are designed to accurately measure the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes (a.k.a. KSAOs) of your interview candidates. These questions can also measure potential values in your job candidates or their cultural fit and team fit with your organization. Once you know which trait you want to measure in your interviewees, you will be able to find the applicable trait along with interview questions for it below.
All the questions are designed to work with all the currently validated interview methods, such as structured interviews, competency interviews, and behavioral interviews. These questions come from human resources related literature and websites, and were vetted and edited before being placed here. There are also some original questions written by me.
To ensure accurate and comparable data, the KSAOs that the interview questions are classified into includes information from O*NET OnLine by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (USDOL/ETA). This information is used under the CC BY 4.0 license. This base set of KSAOs from O*NET OnLine is supplemented by a few more unique traits and competencies found covered by other competency grouping systems.
